    PRICING – The key to determining the right price is to know your competition and the potential buyer pool. I have seen your competition and because I track buyer activity in the marketplace, I will advise you on a pricing strategy that maximizes value while ensuring the property sells.

    STAGING – The better a home shows, the quicker it sells against the competition. When we meet to list your home, we will go through these steps together to determine what we should do before showings begin. First impressions are absolutely critical and when I arrive at the home I will tour the property through the eyes of a buyer.

    SHOWINGS – You determine when and how the home is shown with advice from me. You will always have proper notice prior to a showing. Direct feedback after all showings will come from me either by email or phone on a specific day and time that works best for you. This feedback allows us to make adjustments if necessary.

    OFFERS – When I receive an offer we will review it together and evaluate 5 things – motivation, qualifications, timeframes, contingencies, and price. All of these will be properly vetted before we respond to a prospective buyer. We will also solicit back up offers where possible and appropriate.
